It was great! Walter held the group of 30 to 40 (?)  people transfixed for over 2 hours!  About 1 hour longer than intended.  :-D

He was peppered with quite the load of questions, but he handled himself quite adroitly.

He mentioned to me that his time in comp.lang.c++.moderated was good practice for this sort of thing. ;-)

There is a video, but the quality of it is pretty poor.
