1.8.2 - reg_value_sequence and reg_value problems with auto_buffer

Both classes have the same issue as others I believe I reported before, namely that they weren't updated to match the new auto_buffer buffer access, and still rely on the old implicit conversion operators.

It's not a problem, I'm just posting it so you can fix it for 1.8.3...

IIRC I fixed this a while ago, but I'll certainly check again.

For the benefit of all: I'm really sorry 1.8.3 is taking so long, but I'm *really* determined to get the automated processes in place, so things can be much much faster in the future.

This should now be fixed in 1.8.3 beta 1. Please let me know if it's not.
