wishlist that was interesting

Some of the requests are in D already, some have been discussed and some
haven't. I'm curious if any of the C++ items jump out at people as something
we should do for D, too.

I think we need a standard D documentation mechanism : )

All the others I care about are easy to find on the net and download/reimplement.
