I heard of one job that most people could learn in a day or less and would be so board with by the end of the week that they couldn't avoid screwing up. I read in the paper about an employment agency that specialized in placing autistic people in jobs. Turns out that autistic traits can be very valuable for certain types of jobs, autistics fit right in and excel at them, and employers have a hard time keeping ordinary employees in those jobs. It's an everybody wins kind of deal. |
