Hello...I have been having a terrible time trying to crunch massive volumes of data down with C++ and then spitting out simple text files for charting in excel.

I have had a problem where, after the file gets to a certain size - it cannot be written to anymore. If I run the program again from where it stopped writing...and concatenate the files...there's no problem...however, I have noticed that it always occurs at a file size of k * 65535...

Is there some known limitation here that I should be aware of?

Cant write to fstream when file size is k*65535
