It's free and well documented, but you do have to set a lot of stuff up yourself which can take a day or two. |

Preferably free? 🤔 If you want something free and easy, try dev.to. If you want control, use a static site generator like Hugo. That one is pretty easy to get going. Once the site is built you can push to a Pages enabled Github repo. |
