First of all, sorry for my bad english writing. I'm Catalan.

I have seen lots of messages (not here) asking why a new language, and so on. Lot of people are evaluating one language based on the tools or libraries available. I know D is still poor on development tools like Microsoft Visual Studio, or Eclipse. But is too early to talk about that. I hope big companies will make a good IDE for D. That will be a very important help for D language.

I'm very happy using D. Is the language I was waiting for a long time. I've using C, C++, Java, C# (and others), and never been so excited as now. It can be used for a lot of areas: games, tools, enterprise applications, libraries, systems, ...

D accomplish lot of features I was waiting for a language: no need for virtual machine, easy of low level interaction, not obfuscated as C++, and the rest of features found in Java and C#

Just this message to encourage Walter Bright, and all of people working on make D succesful.

Designers, make a good logo for D. Webmasters, make web sites for D. Developers, use D for your next project.

I do my job, I'm a developer and I have build a interim utility using D. Is a setup program to install a framework for our customers. It was hard to develop, cause I'm a D novice. But I finish. DWT is also great to make GUI applications.

Don't Stop Walter Bright. You are big!
