std.conv.ConvError looks like the following:

class ConvError : Error
{
    this(char[] s)
    {
        super("Error: conversion " ~ s);
    }
}

Since "Error: " is output in internal.dmain2 anyway, having it in the constructor as well makes for ugly error messages like "Error: Error: conversion foo". Instead, just have:

class ConvError : Error
{
    this(char[] s)
    {
        super("conversion " ~ s);
    }
}
