It looks really nice and I'd wish it was in English :)
But why is the window so static, in that you can't change the individual
frame sizes?

Because i have no time to maintain two version. Maybe in the future i will finish a english version.
the software is developed using DWT. and i am newbie of DWT :(
maybie there is a splitter as delphi does ?\
