I have tried to get this going left right and center.
Whoever wrote the instructions obviously has poor English skills and
if he/she would like to explain how to get it working with an actual
command line example or any example that explains how to use
Candydoc, I will be happy to rewrite the documentation for them.

I hope the result is worth the trouble.

Those that come with candydoc zip file Tells you how to use but is not clear at all on how to get it to run

I'd ask someone on the candydoc site as I don't /think/ it is maintained by anyone around here.

OK got it finally . The details were hidden away in rebuilds text files

The command line is like so " dsss build -Dddocs -candydoc"

Pretty simple stuff in the end . Its just in the knowing! , and a nice page produced
