Pantheios.COM is a COM interface over the powerful Pantheios logging library. It provides flexible, filtered logging to Console,
Windows Debugger, Event Log, Speech, File and Pantheios's custom Win32/syslog functionality.

The 1.0.1 beta 21 release includes the following changes:
 * updated in respect of all changes up to Pantheios 1.0.1 beta 120
 * now uses xContract (v0.1.3) for all contract enforcements
 * correction of contract enforcement / parameter validation mismatches
