Summary: final switch broken with -w switch
           Product: D
           Version: unspecified
          Platform: All
        OS/Version: All
            Status: NEW
          Severity: normal
          Priority: P2
         Component: DMD
        AssignedTo: nobody@puremagic.com
        ReportedBy: jeremiep@gmail.com

When using DMD with the -w switch for warnings, a final switch will output a warning:

"warning: Error: switch statement has no default"

if a default is added, it turns to an error

"Error: default statement not allowed in final switch statement"
