Just to let everyone now, I have got 1.041 as the latest front end now. Yipee!
Still don't think it's working with 4.3.4, but I haven't tested it. Has only been tested on 4.1.2 on my Ubuntu 9.10 system. I'll try to get that fixed soon. Will probably have to ask GCC devs about that. Anyone know of any GCC help newsgroups/forums?

Hopefully the 1.042 merge won't take as long as 1.041.

Great! I take it the focus of the GDC revival project is mostly on D1 now?

For me, yes. Goshawk was focusing on the D2 part of GDC, but I don't know how that's been going for him. I focus on D1.

Great! Thanks for your work! About GCC help, I guess the better place is
the GCC mailing lists:
http://gcc.gnu.org/lists.html

I guess "gcc" is the right list for you.

As in: 11 releases down, 10 to go ? :-)

Nice work! GCC 4.2.1 would be good too.

Yes, i've been focusing on D2 but recently i had to stop and do some real work and studies for my university.

And... Things in D2 may change completely very soon due to unstable language specs. In the next months the "path to follow" will be more clear...

See you.

Great, Michael! \o/ Keep up with good work!

Are you, by any chance, working on support for some newer D2?

Kind regards

More of goshawk's thing ATM.
When I do catch up to the latest D1 releases, I might start to work on D2 though.

Michael, I have tried to build V2 as per the instructions at bitbucket - no joy. Can you tell me how to contact goshawk, or ask him to contact me. None of the information for getting in touch seems to work.

Thanks Steve
