Title says it all, example:

module aaa;
void foo() {
    auto bar() {
        return 1;
    }
}

$ dmd2.037 -c aaa.d
aaa.d(2): no identifier for declarator bar
aaa.d(2): semicolon expected, not '{'

I close this bug as duplicate because despite being older the bug 4401 seems to have some kind of patch.
