For any one that might be interested, here's a Phobos 2.051 help file in Windows CHM format:

I just get "Navigation to the webpage was canceled" what ever I've click on in the left window.

Seems to work for me. When I on this link (from above):

   http://www.zeusedit.com/z300/phobos.2.051.zip

I get the file save explorer window.

Ok. Thanks to Vladimir's post, I now understand the question.

The link was not broken, but the CHM display was broken.
