Hello,

Has anyone tried using Chilkat libraries, available at http://www.chilkatsoft.com, with Digital Mars C++?
They provide libraries for Visual C++ for all combinations of C++ runtime (static/dll, single threaded/mt and debug/release).
I tried converting the lib's with link.exe /lib /convert,
followed by coff2omf. This seemed to convert successfully only the static flavors of base libraries. For the rest, coff2omf did not output any message, and the other tools do not accept them as valid libraries.
Any hints on how to use these libraries with Digital Mars C++?
Failing that, can someone suggest an XML library, usable with DMC, that can parse and produce XML files?

Can you ask the Chilkat folks to do a Digital Mars library? Even if coff2omf worked on the VC library, that's no guarantee it will work with DMC++ because the library is likely expecting internal VC things that will only be found in VC's runtime library.

Letting Chilkat know that you need a DMC++ version lets them know that there's a demand for it and that they should provide it.

I agree with Walter, also have you tested https://kellermansoftware.com/products/net-pgp-library by Kellerman Software? It really helped me a lot.
