testcase for possible bug in gcx.d

It seems that during reallocation, the garbage collector does not always copy enough bytes to the new block should a new block be allocated. The first reallocation seems ok, but the next reallocation is where things go awry.

I've added a comment to the testcase which I've attached. It explains the issue in a bit more detail.
