Andrei asked me to create this issue as a reminder.  Everything else has moved to S3 and fixing this one final holdout will mean the S3 download stats will cover all downloads

I've also rolled one myself which can be downloaded here: http://gnuk.net/dlang/dmd-2.063.exe

You could just replace the one on S3 with that one or Walter can roll a new one himself.
