Hello, I am new to dmc command line.

I have problems in finding some things.

dmc/optilink
- How to tell that I want a .dll file, not an exe.
- Where to say: take this .def file into your work. Is it really: /impdef ?
- in both tools - following docs - I do not know how to mention more than one source file.
- what if I want my resulting output file to have different names from input file(s) ?
