To reproduce:

1) sample D code:
    void main() {
        throw new Exception("asdf");
    }
2) compile it with debug info
3) compress the debug info with objcopy a.out --compress-debug-sections=zlib
4) run it

Expected:

Stack trace, or at least not crashing

Actual:

SIGSEGV
