A shorter version that "runs" with dmd, but preserves the ldc error:

struct S { int a; int b; }
S test() { return S(); }
void main() { evalArg(dupArg2(test.tupleof)); }
void dupArg2(int, lazy int) {}
void evalArg(lazy void) {}
