With dmd 2.084.0, the following code crashes the compiler:

extern(C++, "ns") {
    struct Foo {
        Bar!Foo bar;
    }
}
extern(C++, "ns") {
    struct Bar(T) {}
}
--------------------

It doesn't crash if the two blocks are fused into one.
