According to messages in the D slack channel, the filesystem crashed and had to be restored from a backup, which took a while. During part of that process, the forum was available as read-only.

Currently I am experiencing delays while posting. In the range of 1 minute. Are the harddisks okay?

I have no clue what the situation is. Vladimir posted that everything was green after he got it back up and running, but I haven't seen anything from him on the topic since. It's quite possible that there are further issues that will need to be resolved.
