Test case:

```D
version (assert) int foo;

void test()
in (!foo)
{}

void main() {
    test();
}
```

When built with `-release`, `foo` is not compiled in and compilation fails with:

Error: undefined identifier `foo`
```

Should't the contract be dropped too in release builds?
