It seems that a lot of people are forgetting to add keywords when reporting bugs. http://tinyurl.com/392zom I've based this search on the premise that every bug report, or at least every compiler bug (as opposed to enhancement request or library or documentation bug) should have at least one of the available keywords, and usually it should be one of accepts-invalid diagnostic ice-on-invalid-code ice-on-valid-code link-failure rejects-valid wrong-code while also allowing for a few others. As I write, the search returns 186 issues. Some of the people not putting keywords in certainly ought to know better. To all of you, please: - remember to add keywords when filing bug reports - look through issues you've filed to see if you've forgotten to add keywords to any http://d.puremagic.com/issues/describekeywords.cgi As long as there are lots of bugs that don't have the keywords they should have, any attempts to search for issues with a certain characteristic are going to miss some, and statistics are going to be distorted.
