I gave the same talk again at Code Europe in Krakow. The video for that should appear on youtube in a month.

This isn't the only time videos of my talks (and others) have been lost due to technical problems or simple screwups. I'm tired of this happening. Next DConf we should have a backup camera sitting on a table.

I have used more expensive cameras while I was at high school than the ones used at DConf.

Can't we get an actually decent company to do recordings+streaming?

One hopes that the contract with the respective company providing A/V services would include penalties for that case (which could be funnelled into the foundation funds).
