It's very strange, but Google keeps silence when searching for this quoted string. Can anyone here give me more information (e.g. block registry with reasons etc.)?

Тема есть на Хабрахабре. Дело в Роскомнадзоре или как-то. Блокируют айпи адреса кусками. Прокси в помощь.
Сам сайт открывается отлично.

Каким макаром Роскомнадзор обидел нерусский блоггер? Причём блога нет в реестре http://zapret-info.gov.ru/

Да никаким. Всё просто. Все блоги, включая корпоративные аля Dell и т.д., которые пользуются услугами хостинга Wordpress и которым "повезло" размещаться на серверах, чьи айпи забанены, "ощутили" действие соотв. закона.

В этом списке, например, была часть айпи Google. Если провайдер успел обновить блок-списки и роут на соотв. айпи, то можно сказать "повезло".

Сроки исключения из списка чётко не прописаны. Что делать? Звонить, писать письма, собирать подписи.


И, на сколько я понимаю, то провайдеры добавляют домены в блок-список как-то каждый по своему. Кто только доменное имя, кто айпи/сервер целиком.

Как-то так.

Проверил несколько айпи. В списке нет. Возможно проблема на стороне провайдера.

For those not speaking Russian.
The story is: for the last few months there's been a Russian analog of Chinese Great Firewall building, it filters some sites, and recently many sites on wordpress.com got banned just by coincidence having same IPs as some really banned sites. Availability of those sites is ISP-dependent, as different ISPs may implement filtering a bit differently.

It is complete OT. In many countries there are some limitations. BTW, site to which Denis pointed works perfectly for me (Russia, NN, Beeline).
