I can't say for certain, but the website (https://github.com/kingsleyh/DLanguage) lists this as an upcoming feature by the end of 2016, so I think there probably isn't any support yet?

I use this plugin, too, it's pretty awesome.

Currently only XamarinStudio/MonoDevelop and DlangIDE allow debugging on Linux through GDB.
On Windows VisaulD provides debugging support for Visual Studio.
