valgrind 3.21.0 supports D demangling

In case some would still pipe valgrind in ddemangle, be aware that this is not required anymore. Since version 3.21.0, valgrind supports D demangling out of the box.

I dont know who has to be thanked for the work actually. I share the news because I've noticed valgrind was updated yesterday and saw that D was mentioned in the changelog, that's it.
