Andrei, when you refer to the Boost review process, I take it that this is what you are referring to?:

We probably want to make sure that as a group we are aware of the review process that we wish to use, though I don't know how formal we want to be about it. That page does have some fairly specific advice on what each role in the review process should be doing, so we might all want to at least glance it over.
