Looks like there's still at least one more win32 fix needed from the core.time changes:

unittest.obj(unittest)

Also, from the changes done a while back to link the druntime tests against just druntime rather than the full phobos.lib, windows isn't happy, though it's just a warning, the tests run (barring other brokenness):
