When I run 'make html' I get the following error:

make: *** No rule to make target `../web/2.0/phobos/phobos.html', needed by `html'. Stop.

Where can I find the web/ directory?  I can't find it in SVN.

That's a bug in the makefile. The entire web directory is generated from docsrc. Unfortunately I won't be able to fix this in a timely manner.
