I fixed up a new version http://dpaste.1azy.net/60a714b8

The ranges are now called Deque!(T).Range and Deque!(T).cRange.
pushFront and pushBack are now insertFront and insertBack to closer
match SList and DList.
I fixed the docu to match the methods. Next up, making it a struct.
