Hello all, I am wondering how hard it would be for a novice to pick up D. I have a basic understanding of C (not C++). I have read through the online manual and D seems to be fairly straight forward, but one can't really tell from the docs sometimes. I am pretty good at picking up languages, but there doesn't seem to be much in the way of tutorials (maybe I just haven't found them). Or should I just stay in the kiddie pool? :) Thanks! Rick |

Some will tell you you should, but I think D is a better introductory language than C (because of the general lack of pointers and the preprocessor) and a far better language for learning than C++. Just post any questions you have here and someone here will answer them for you.
