Where can I find a list of what window elements/controls rcc allows? eg:

    DEFPUSHBUTTON   "OK",IDOK,...
    PUSHBUTTON      "Cancel",IDCANCEL,...
    CTEXT           "An example program showing how to use Dialog
Boxes.",...

where are things like CTEXT defined? and what about others?
