Supporting both Phobos and Tango (and other possible libraries) would be easier if Phobos used -version=Phobos, like Tango does in its dmd.conf.

Currently the workaround is to simply do something like this, which works but is not ideal:

version(Tango)
{ do stuff }
else {
// phobos
}

It's a quite simple addition and wouldn't break anything, so I'd recommend that it goes into dmd 1.x as well as 2.x.
