The other alternative would be to change the front-end to handle cent / ucent types semantically.  But there are other considerations to be taken into place, such as changing dinteger_t -> double_int, and ctfe.

This is fine for the time being.  I can't see 128bit integer support really taking off at all in the language.  No hardware takes advantage of the type for a start...
