I made a couple of D logos in a moment of inspiration; well actually they are way too big to be logos, so covers may be a better label. Also, they use an actual image of Mars. :-)

I think they look pretty cool - but there needs to be a small circle for Diemos!

What makes you think its Deimos that's missing? :-) I've updated the images.

Oh boy, that would be the wrong message to send. :-) I'll see if I can improve on that.

Mars is a red planet (well ... some shade of red),
redder the image the more realistic it would like mars and less
like a tomb stone.

However, they are very nice images, I like them.

Interesting - there was me thinking the "covers" were for when the language comes out on CD-ROM.

Wow! A tombstone made out of Mars rock! Now /that/ would be cool. I want one.

I thought it looked like that too so I got the idea of an aprils fools joke of a fictional D book. But its a long time till next april and the D book might actually be published before then. :-)

Jill, I think someone is selling Mars real estate so you might be able to cut yourself a deal. :-) Perhaps that was Moon real estate. I can't quite remember. The "owner" claimed he had a right to at least some part of it.
