I was hosting the PDF I made earlier on my host but I decided to take it off since it almost exceeded the bandwidth.

I might update it later when I upgrade my server.

If bandwidth is the issue, I could probably upload it to Wiki4D or the Yahoo! group D_Lab.

If you e-mail it to me, I'll upload it somewhere.

Of course if you don't have the file anymore, never mind.
