Is this a new logo, you should also consider creating a mascot
mascots are fun, Rust have a crab, Go have a gopher

D should have some something

Also, some marketing and promotional material should play on the letter D
for example

D - Do write Unit Test
D - Don't use (somethings you should not use, a bad practice)

D - Design First, Code Second
D - Deconstruct large objects
D - Destroy large code files or large tests
D - Dynamic code use (something Dynamic code should use)

Like the 10 Ds of D or something
