This is related to the glue.c problem, but I figured I'd posted this separately to make sure they were both fixed.  I haven't pared down a minimal test case this time around, but the example is still pretty straightforward.  Compile the file with -unittest set:

The error is:

badFrame.d(110): function std.atomic.doAtomicLoad!(uint).doAtomicLoad cannot
access frame of function doAtomicLoad
