I did not see a better place, so I am posting here.

1) Mozilla Firefox does not display this page well:

http://www.digitalmars.com/d/phobos/phobos.html

Because, unlike other pages, this page does not use a style sheet, but uses a basefont tag, which Firefox does not seem to support.

2) IE6 of my Windows XP SP2 box strangely thinks the local D HTML documentation has ActiveContent, and displays a warning. This does not happen when I view the page online. It is triggered by onFocus='if(this.value == "Search"){this.value="";}'. Really folly of Microsoft, it seems. I do not know how to deal with this annoying case, except taking it or deleting all onFocus's.

Best regards,

Yongwei

You can solve the local file problem a few ways:

1. Check "Allow active content to run in files on My Computer" in Tools -> Internet Options... -> Advanced.

2. Add the "mark of the web" to the pages, as defined here:

http://msdn.microsoft.com/security/productinfo/XPSP2/securebrowsing/lockdown_devimp.aspx

As for the Mozilla <basefont> problem, it isn't that bad... but hopefully all the pages will be migrated to use stylesheets a little.
