Not posting in announcement because it's really pretty broken code, but if you
want to see how it works, you can get DIUP (D bindings for the IUP toolkit) and
try it with a Qt backend (IUP/Qt).

You don't need to download IUP or anything other than Qt to make it work
(hopefully).
