Calling all Students,

Have you made something cool in the D programming language in the last year? Perhaps as part of a class project, research, or on your own time? Do you want to showcase your project during the D Conf livestream? Read more below, and fill out the form below to share with the world the awesome work you are using D for!

Submission Form: https://forms.gle/NwkPvgxA3iVhCVz2A

The DConf 2025 Student Project Video Showcase is a display of student projects built using the D programming language. Videos are selected by a single-blind review, and videos that are chosen will be displayed during the live stream and lunch portions of the D Conference in 2025.

Project Submission Criteria:
1.) The project must have been completed by students, or while being a student within the last 12 months.
2.) The project must be primarily written in the D programming language
3.) The video submission should be no longer than 4 minutes in length.
4.) The submission deadline shall be July 22, 2025.

What goes in a good submission?
A good video submission can vary quite a bit. It could be something just 'pretty' (e.g. graphics or a game), or perhaps the submission could be teaching us an algorithm that was built. Most all submissions otherwise should have high quality video and audio (if included) otherwise.

Example submissions:
1.) Here is an example video with high quality video, good audio and a nice narration of a project built in D: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FksY8FeDkUs
2.) Here is another example that shows an algorithm, and teaches us something by showing D code: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JD5FAhUvuQ4
