Recently, I am tinkering in the world of home automation and I am somehow dissapointed that there is no dedicated programming language for automations.

Depending on the solution, you are stuck with convoluted yaml config files or you must use Python or Java for complex ones. Or there are seldom side projects allowing C# as language.

Since I suppose that a lot of people here are passionate about programming languages, I dare to ask if you are aware about some DSLs for this domain.
