Built fine on my computer, and I haven't found any problems yet. Past GDC bugs seem to be fine as well. Looks good. :)

Just one thing on patching Make-lang.in: D_BI_ATTRS needs to be changed to include d/d-bi-attrs-44.h

Due to the generally good reception of the patch. Is now pushed upstream as a supported version, and there for all to test.
