I need a fully qualified name, so, dmd object dir output doesn't overwrite each other. I'm working on a build tool optimization and now it is blocked while that unless

- Use -op
- Filter each of those object generated files
- Rename and move them to object directory



LDC has already solved that with the -oq flag
