Here is a patch to improve std.path documentation. I found out that
ddoc doesn't allow me to document the whole module, text which would
appear at the top of the HTML file before any other line. This is
a shame, because it doesn't allow to write general introductions
to a module's function. Or at least, the syntax to do it avoided
me when I read about ddoc.
