I think it needs a pitch fork and a tail. And in that pose, Mr D should have been a ballerina.

Any other suggestions (ie should the eyes be smaller)?
Horns don't look that good what can I do here?

Should I keep Mr D in his devil form for all acts, or should that simply be one of his costumes?
