You could try just not answering his questions or responding to his trolling. If it's pure trolling, he'll get bored of it. If his questions are legitimate then let him find no help here.

i looked at a lot of posts they seem legit but he is right the posts back are pretty lame from some of you

Don't answer anything rude. He /is/ capable of being polite (at least in one case I known of). If *only* polite posts get answered he will quit or start being polite (unless he is just flat stupid, but I don't think he is). I've got nothing against him, just his manners and methouds (which is all that shows).

You can setup your message filter to delete messages/ignore threads based on the From field.
